Alena’s passion lies in empowering her clients to truly thrive in life by helping them navigate the complexities of their subconscious mind and their nervous system, and helping them identify and overcome hidden limiting patterns and emotional tensions that shape their overall health and limit the expression of their potential.   
 
Her journey as a therapist started in 2001 with Yoga, when she realized the profound connection between our physical, mental and emotional state. Yoga therapy led her to Chiropractic – a field that, like Yoga, recognizes the body’s innate self-healing capacity and understands that stress is what stifles this inborn power to heal. 
 

As she furthered her studies, it became clear that the key to long lasting improvement in our physical, emotional, and mental well-being exists in liberating ourselves from the limiting conditioned patterns of the subconscious mind.  After all, it is this aspect of our psyche that orchestrates a staggering 95% of our thoughts and behaviors and governs our Autonomic Nervous System.  She affirms that this holistic approach is the key to unlocking complete and enduring wholeness.
